"Zoe took my beginner's curiosity about comedy and helped turn it into a solid 7 minute set. Zoe is a fabulous comedian and extraordinary human being. She was able to create a class environment where we were obviously all learning from her and also from each other as we developed our sets. I always felt included and supported, no matter what I brought to the table. Without her encouragement, I'd still be at home on my couch restreaming Mrs. Maisal and Netflix comedy specials. Thank you, Zoe!"

Being in the safety of a small group led by Zoe’s easeful, effortless guidance, I quickly learned that, with the right support and skill, you can turn your life stories into comedy gold!"

This was my first comedy class and I came into it a little scared. I needn’t have been. Zoe is a MASTER at drawing the funny out of you and creating a safe and supportive environment in which your fellow students can contribute to your set and you to theirs. Before taking her class, I had doubts as to whether I was capable of doing stand-up. By the time the class was over, I was certain that anyone can learn to do stand-up - provided they have a good teacher and are willing to put in the time. When I finally took the state, I felt confident and at ease. I posted my set to Facebook and I’m still getting Likes and “Wow Charles! That was really good!” from my friends. If you’re thinking of taking a class with Zoe, I can’t recommend it enough. Just do it!

Zoe's class was my favorite night of the week: hilarious, cathartic, and even therapeutic. Nothing more fun than sharing our problems through the filter of stand-up comedy. Zoe's class was so supportive where we all just wanted to help each other be as funny as possible. Zoe's teaching style was so supportive and nurturing, bringing out the funny in all the absurd situations we found ourselves talking about and really culturing our unique styles on stage. I can't recommend her class enough.

Taking Zoe’s class is one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. Thanks to her, I fell in love with stand-up comedy and feel like it may become a long-term part of my life. Zoe made stand-up accessible, do-able, and fun. Her encouragement and positivity creates a supportive climate and safe community for sharing and making progress. Zoe helps her students feel confident and at ease, and she has a gift for enhancing people’s natural humor in a way that takes their talents and style and makes them shine. I can’t imagine learning stand-up comedy from anyone else—Zoe was truly made to do this and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience in her class.
