How or where did you start comedy?

I started comedy in LA after taking a standup class and immediately got hooked.

What inspires you or drives you? 

I remember watching comics on Comedy Central that my brother downloaded on his computer and laughing so hard not knowing the effect it would have on me.

 

What is some advice you would give to aspiring comics?

I always tell anyone who wants to try it to just do it and not look back. It’s definitely not a logical career choice, but if it’s something you want to do go for it!!

 

Are there obstacles you've faced and how did or do you persevere?

As a Latina female, I have gone through a very unique experience that only I will understand. I try to use it as a superpower instead of letting the unfairness in comedy get to me.

 

What's something awesome that's happened to you recently?

I recently made my debut on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. That was a goal of mine that I’ve had since starting comedy and I can’t believe it actually happened!!
